Cheese and strawberry rolls

   Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut in half, and set aside. Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, add sour cream, and mix well.

   Divide the cheese into 8 equal parts. Place each part onto plastic wrap coated with vegetable oil, cover with another layer of plastic wrap on top, and pour boiling water over it.

   Warm the pieces of cheese, immediately roll them out with a rolling pin, spread the mixture of cottage cheese and sour cream, then place strawberry halves on top. Roll into roulades. Chill. Serve as a dessert with white wine or champagne.
