
Mackerel rolls in mustard sauce
Description
You can make these rolls from any low-bone, fatty fish. They turn out delicious, aromatic, and appetizing! Be sure to try them.

Fillet the mackerel, removing the skin. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with a teaspoon of lemon juice.

Finely chop half of an onion and parsley. Spread the fillet with two teaspoons of whole-grain mustard and sprinkle with the chopped onion and parsley.

Roll the fillet into rolls and secure with toothpicks. Place the rolls into a baking dish on top of onion rings made from the second half of the onion.

For the sauce, rub the yolk with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and powdered sugar. Add a second teaspoon of mustard and mix. Whisk with a whisk, gradually pouring in the oil.

Pour the rolls with sauce and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let them stand in the turned-off oven for another 10 minutes.
