
Salmon Rolls with Cream Cheese Filling
Description
This appetizer will wonderfully diversify a traditional holiday table, as the combination of flavors in it is truly incredible. The rolls can be served on pieces of bread, crackers, in tart shells, or simply on a plate, for example. A slice of fresh cucumber and herbs to taste will wonderfully complement the appetizer. Serve with herbs and sauce.

1. First, take the shrimp, put them in boiling lightly salted water, and boil for a few minutes. Drain in a colander and let cool.

2. Lay plastic wrap on your work surface. Slice the salmon thinly and arrange it in an even layer so each piece slightly overlaps the next with no gaps.

3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese. You can pre-mix it with finely chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

4. On top, place a thin slice of cucumber and several peeled shrimp.

5. All that's left is to wrap everything tightly into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
