Lavash rolls with ham
Description
This recipe won't take much time. You can make these appetizer rolls for everyday meals, as well as for a festive table or a picnic. They are very versatile, since you can, if you like, add your favorite vegetables or sauce, for example. In addition, lavash can be served at the table either cold or after briefly frying it in a pan until crisp. I've given you the idea, and you can keep experimenting from here. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Step 1

1. Place a lettuce leaf on the table and spread a small amount of mayonnaise on it. I also recommend trying a little garlic—it will give the rolls a very piquant flavor. On top, distribute the lettuce leaves and other greens.

Step 2

2. Wash and dry the tomato. Cut several thin slices and arrange them on the salad. Next — the ham. I don't recommend slicing it; it's best to lay it out whole.

Step 3

3. You can spread the ham on top with your favorite sauce. At the end, sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Then roll up the roll very carefully but tightly.

Step 4

4. Cut the whole lavash into 2–3 pieces to make neat rolls.

5. That's it — the appetizer is ready to serve.
