Lavash rolls with garlic
Description
Most people make similar dishes all the time, because it’s very simple and tasty. There’s a wide variety of fillings, so everyone can find something they like. You can make a vegetable, meat, cheese, fruit, or mixed roll. You can make Armenian lavash yourself (there are many recipes online), or buy it ready-made at the store. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.

6. I cut the well-soaked lavash into small pieces with a sharp knife and serve it at the table.
