
Lavash Roll-Ups in a Hurry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use rectangular lavash, not round. For herbs, I usually use only dill—it pairs perfectly with cottage cheese and gives an appetizing aroma combined with garlic. Very tasty and tender. Can be served warm or chilled.

1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or mash it with a fork.

2. Finely chop the dill and add it to the cottage cheese.

3. Press garlic into the cottage cheese, season with salt, and add sour cream. Mix.

4. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.

5. Lay out the lavash, spread the curd cheese mixture on it, then arrange the peppers. Fold in the edges of the lavash, then starting from the bottom, roll it into a roll.

6. Wrap the roll in foil and refrigerate for 12 hours. Then slice and serve it.
