Once the meat has marinated, transfer it onto a cutting board. Carefully cover it with a special plastic bag or cling film and start pounding it with a mallet. Make sure to thoroughly pound the meat on both sides, as we want the rolls to be tender.

After pounding the pieces of meat, place them back on the cutting board and begin adding spices and filling. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts, and place a little grated cheese on each piece. Then roll up the meat into rolls.

Now wrap our turkey rolls in foil and place them in the multicooker. Pour water into the multicooker, set the steam cooking mode. Cook them this way for about 40 minutes.

Take a small cup or saucer and prepare the sauce for the rolls by mixing ketchup, olive oil, and basil. As soon as the rolls are cooked in the multicooker, transfer them onto a baking sheet, removing the foil first. Brush the rolls with the prepared sauce.
