Salmon blini rolls
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. I first tried salmon crepe rolls at a New Year's corporate party in a small cafe. There were several kinds of rolls with different fillings, but I liked the salmon ones the most. And all the dishes I enjoy, I always try to cook myself later. After taking a good look at those rolls, I quickly figured out how to make salmon crepe rolls at home. True, the filling there was a bit modest, but at home we'll make our crepe rolls even more delicious and won't skimp on the filling, right? :) Serve them cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

We'll start making the rolls by preparing the pancake batter. Mix all the dry ingredients—sifted flour, sugar, and salt.
- 2
Step 2

Gradually pour in the milk, add the eggs and melted butter cooled to room temperature, and beat well. Let the dough rest for half an hour.
- 3
Step 3

After 30 minutes, mix the batter again and heat a skillet greased with vegetable oil. Fry thin crepes for rolls on both sides until golden brown.
- 4
Step 4

Wash and dry the napa cabbage leaves. Remove the hard parts of the leaves. Instead of cabbage, lettuce leaves are also excellent.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the salmon into long strips.

Step 6

And now let's assemble our rolls. Spread cream cheese on the pancake. You can substitute the cream cheese with processed cheese by grating it finely and mixing it with mayonnaise. On top of the cheese layer, place a leaf of Chinese cabbage and a strip of salmon.

Step 7

Roll up the pancakes into rolls and cut them in half or into 3-4 pieces.
