
Roll in the oven
Description
The liver roll turns out very tender and delicious, pairing wonderfully with a variety of fillings. In this case, it's carrots, onion with garlic, and hard-boiled eggs. Mayonnaise adds moisture (you can substitute sour cream). You can also add grated cheese to the filling—it will be fantastic.

1. Wash the liver, and if necessary, remove the films. Cut into large pieces. Place in a blender, grind, and add the eggs.

2. Pour in the milk, add semolina and flour, and beat again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Line a heat-resistant baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with oil. After 10-15 minutes, pour the resulting mixture into the dish and place it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. To prepare the filling, sauté chopped onion, garlic, and grated carrots in a skillet with vegetable oil. Boil 2-3 eggs hard.

5. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the liver base.

7. Spread a smooth layer of chopped (finely chopped or grated) eggs.

8. Carefully roll up the roulade and wrap it in foil greased with oil.

9. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes. The roll can be served either warm or chilled.
