Roll with sprats
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for a sprat roll. Hard-boil the eggs first, then cool and grate them. You need about half a can of sprats (80 g of the total volume). Refrigerate the finished roll for 1–2 hours so it can soak up flavor. Good luck. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and grate on a fine grater.
- 2
Step 2

On the same grater, grate the cheese. You can use any kind you like—the variety isn’t very important; what matters is that it’s a hard cheese.
- 3
Step 3

Open the can of sprats. We carefully cut each sprat lengthwise with a knife.
- 4
Step 4

Press the garlic through a press and mix it with the mayonnaise.
- 5
Step 5

Now we assemble the lavash. Lay the lavash on the table and spread it with half of the entire mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- 6
Step 6

Place the second lavash sheet on top. Spread it with mayonnaise as well and sprinkle with grated eggs.
- 7
Step 7

Next, spread the sprats evenly.
- 8
Step 8

Roll the lavash into a tight roll, then wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 9
Step 9

Before serving, cut the roll into portion-sized pieces.
