Roll with dried fruits
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. For the dough, I used store-bought yeast dough, which I always keep in the freezer just in case. And now, the perfect opportunity has come! Let's quickly prepare delicious pastries for the Christmas table.
Instructions

Step 1

Remove the dough from the freezer. While it is defrosting, prepare the filling. Blend the whole lemon together with sugar in a blender. Wash the dried fruits and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet previously lined with foil. The foil should be greased in advance with butter. Place the chopped dried fruits onto the rolled-out dough. Pour the lemon mixture over the fruits. Sprinkle sugar on top.

Step 3

Roll up the roll, sealing the edges of the dough tightly. Place the roll in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees. About 15 minutes before it's done, I recommend brushing the roll with egg yolk.

Step 4

Before serving, the roll should be sliced into attractive ovals. Our dish is ready to be served.
