Roll with Crab Sticks in Lavash
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Regular Armenian lavash (thin) is suitable for making this dish. Lavash can be served cold or pan-fried in egg. You can cut it into pieces or leave it whole and cut it in half when serving. You can put any filling inside; crab sticks pair well with herbs, hard-boiled eggs, sausage, and fresh and pickled vegetables.
