
Omelet Roll with Processed Cheese
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Such a roll works great as an appetizer; you can also make it for breakfast. It is very simple and quick to prepare. Instead of processed cheese, you can use hard cheese or other fillings, such as: herbs, ham, and more. The amount of filling can be varied to taste. The dish is served chilled.

1. I beat 2 chicken eggs into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

2. I add cold water to the mayonnaise and eggs.

3. I mix the contents of the bowl (with a whisk or fork) and add salt and spices to taste.

4. I heat a skillet with sunflower oil, pour the egg mixture into it, and cook covered. I transfer the omelet to a plate and let it cool.

5. I put the processed cheese in the freezer ahead of time for 10–15 minutes, then grate it on the coarse side of a grater.

6. I wash the herbs (I have dill) and pat them dry with a paper towel, then chop them finely. I peel the garlic and mince it finely.

7. I add dill, garlic, and a spoonful of mayonnaise to the melted cheese and mix.

8. I spread the filling over the entire surface of the cooled omelet.

9. I roll the omelet tightly into a log, then refrigerate it for 30–60 minutes.
