Roll in Garlic Bread
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. You only need fresh sandwich bread for this recipe. If the bread is a day old, it’s better not to use it—the rolls will be very hard to flatten and roll up. Fresh bread also turns crispy in the oven while staying soft inside, with tender mozzarella cheese and two delicious sauces.... Intrigued? Then give it a try. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. I have already prepared the sauces in advance; their recipes can be found on our website. To grease the lasagna, melt the butter, finely chop the herbs, and add garlic (fresh or garlic powder). Mix together. Let's start assembling!

Step 2

Place a piece of toast bread on a flat surface. Trim the crusts from all sides. Roll out the slice with a rolling pin until it becomes soft and pliable.
- 3
Step 3

Spread part of the bread with Béchamel sauce and add a good pinch of mozzarella.
- 4
Step 4

Next — "Bolognese" (this is fried ground meat with tomatoes and spices).
- 5
Step 5

Carefully roll the bread with the filling into a roll. Do the same with the remaining bread and ingredients.
- 6
Step 6

Take a convenient baking sheet or ovenproof dish; I don't have large ones, so I used two small ones. Place the rolls snugly next to each other. Generously brush the tops with butter mixed with parsley and garlic.

Step 7

Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes until a beautiful crust forms. Temperature — 200 degrees; that's enough for the cheese inside to melt! Serve the rolls hot!

Believe me, it's very delicious!
