Cheese roll
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This is a wonderful cheesy dessert for tea time. Knead the dough from cottage cheese, flour, butter, baking powder, and salt, then let it rest in the refrigerator for a while. For the filling, prepare raisins and apple pieces, mix them with sugar. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling on top, then roll it up into a log. Brush the top with egg yolk. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Let the rolls cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve. Can be served with tea or coffee.
