Pork Shank Roll in a Multicooker
Description
It works both for a holiday and for everyday meals. For the roll, it's best to use pork shank from the hind leg. If desired, you can place carrot slices, leek leaves, or onion rings inside. If you want to give the roll a smoked appearance, add onion skins to the slow cooker bowl along with the other ingredients. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
