Pork roll in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I prepare the roll with a filling of omelet, pickled cucumbers, and cheese. Additionally, you can stuff it with mushrooms, vegetables, or anything else you'd like, resulting in a delicious appetizer. You can cook the roll in an air fryer or in the oven, as I did. It's best to let the finished roll cool slightly before eating, but if you can't wait, you can enjoy it while it's still hot. Serve warm.
