
Pork Roulade
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. A stuffed roll is another variety of baked pork. The dish will look very impressive on a festive table. It is very tasty and does not take much time to prepare. For cooking, it is important to have fresh ingredients and a sharp knife. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. Shell the pistachios or use pre-shelled ones. The weight listed in the ingredients is for unshelled nuts.

2. Take a blender, put peeled pistachios in it, and add fresh spinach leaves. Then add garlic and cheese cut into pieces. Blend everything in the blender until it forms a paste, gradually adding olive oil.

3. Trim the fat from the meat, cut it lengthwise along the narrow side, stopping about 1 cm before the end. Unfold the piece and make a cut from the middle outward from the center, again without cutting all the way through. Then pound the resulting flat piece so it becomes a bit more even. Spread the chopped filling over the meat and smooth it across the entire piece.

4. Roll the meat into a roulade shape. Tie it with thick cotton thread. Place it in a baking dish. Then cover it with foil and put it in a preheated oven.

5. Bake at 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Then open the foil and let the meat brown for 5-10 minutes.

6. Then remove the string and cut the meat into pieces approximately 1.5–2 cm thick.
