First, we rinse the fish, dry it, and then mince it, placing the pike-perch in one bowl and the salmon in another. Next, we crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until thick and fluffy, then add them to the bowl with the minced pike-perch. Mix well, then add cream, white pepper, and salt to taste, and beat everything once more. Now, in the other bowl, beat the yolks and combine them with the minced salmon, adding paprika and salt to the mixture. After that, cut the roasting bag open along the seam and lay it flat on the table. Moisten the bag with water, then spread the pike-perch mixture evenly over it. On top of that, spread an even layer of the salmon mixture combined with the yolks.
