Lavash roll with ham and processed cheese
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. There’s probably nothing simpler than wrapping a suitable filling in lavash. For a more interesting flavor, I added Korean-style carrots, cucumber, and fresh herbs to the ham and processed cheese. We could hardly wait for it to rest—and ate the whole thing right away. You can’t keep lavash like this for long, because the Korean carrots, cucumber, and processed cheese release juice that makes the lavash soggy. It’s better to make individual portions for everyone and eat it right away.
