Lavash Roll with Tuna
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. I use canned tuna for the salad. If you have fresh tuna, you can pan-fry or bake it, then cut it into pieces and use it to fill the roll. In addition to tuna, I use lettuce, canned corn, cheese, and onion. Lavash can be filled with anything you like—for example, a ready-made salad or individual ingredients. Here, everyone can rely on their imagination and whatever ingredients they have on hand. It can be served warm or chilled.

Step 1

1. I grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. I unfold the lavash and sprinkle it with cheese, then put it in the microwave or a regular oven for 20 seconds so the cheese melts slightly. But you can also skip heating the cheese.

2. I wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then arrange them on the lavash over the cheese.

Step 3

3. In a separate bowl, I mix canned tuna without the liquid, finely chopped yellow onion, and canned corn. I place the mixture on salad leaves.
