Salmon roll from lavash
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare salmon lavash roll differently each time by using various spices and herbs. I prefer a fresher version of the roll with salad. Corn salad or field salad will soften the salmon flavor, while cress salad or arugula will add an extra kick. You can also use regular green lettuce, finely chopped beforehand. Spinach works well too. You may use either salted or smoked salmon. The yogurt can be omitted. Just make sure the filling isn't too runny. After preparing, roll the lavash tightly, wrap it securely in plastic wrap or foil, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then slice and serve. This appetizer is perfect for buffets or outdoor celebrations, and it's convenient to take along. The slices of salmon lavash roll look especially attractive when threaded onto long wooden skewers. Good luck with your cooking. Serve cold.
