Prepare the ingredients for making an oven-baked lavash roll with chicken and cheese.

Cut the chicken fillet into medium strips.

Fry the chicken in vegetable oil for 5–6 minutes over medium heat.

Pour soy sauce over the chicken and fry everything together for a couple more minutes.

Lightly spread mayonnaise on the inside of each lavash.

Spread the chicken filling on one edge of the lavash. Since you have 2 lavash sheets, divide the filling into 2 equal portions.

Grate the cheese on a grater.

Sprinkle the chicken filling with a layer of cheese.

Add finely chopped dill to the filling, to taste.

Roll the lavash into rolls.

Brush with beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
