Lavash Roll with Pink Salmon
Description
The appetizer is prepared quickly and simply. For lovers of fish dishes, I suggest using ingredients from the "Mimosa" salad as the filling for the roll. You can use canned or boiled fish. Use thin lavash of any shape and size. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for making the appetizer roll. If you have one large lavash, use its entire surface and arrange the ingredients in layers along the full length. If you have several small round lavash breads, layer the filling. Boil the carrots until tender, let cool, and peel. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment the water comes to a boil, pour cold water over them, and peel. As an addition to the sauce, use any fresh or frozen herbs and spices to taste. For a crispy texture, I recommend adding a layer of lettuce leaves to the roll.

Step 2

Drain the liquid from the canned fish. Cut the fish into fillets, removing any large bones. Cut the fillets into small pieces. Grate the carrot, hard cheese, and hard-boiled eggs. Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water and dry them on a kitchen towel. For the sauce, mix chopped herbs, a little garlic, and processed cheese.

Step 3

In this case, I use three round lavash breads of a small size, so it is convenient to assemble the roll layer by layer. Spread some of the prepared sauce on the lavash and distribute it in a thin layer over the entire surface using a silicone spatula. Arrange pieces of the prepared fish fillet.

Step 4

On top, over the fish, place the second lavash, brush it with some of the sauce, spreading it in a thin layer. On one half, place a layer of grated boiled carrot. Season the carrot lightly with salt and pepper beforehand. On the other half of the lavash, spread a layer of grated cheese.

Step 5

Place the third lavash on top. Brush it with the remaining sauce. On half, spread a layer of boiled eggs grated on a grater, and finish by arranging a layer of lettuce leaves.
- 6
Step 6

Carefully roll the lavash with the filling into a tight roll.
- 7
Step 7

Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and secure the ends. Place in the refrigerator so the roll absorbs and sets.
- 8
Step 8

Before serving, remove the appetizer roll from the plastic wrap and cut into slices 1.5–2 cm wide.

Step 9

The appetizer roll inspired by Mimosa salad is ready. This appetizer works well for a buffet table.
