Lavash Roll with Brynza and Herbs
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Cilantro was used for the greens, but as I was told, you can use any other kind. I've tried many lavash rolls with all kinds of fillings; I already have favorites. Lavash with bryndza and herbs is very tasty, juicy, and tender. If the bryndza is very salty, like mine, it's better to use a little. Bryndza can be replaced with another cheese to taste, but I especially liked the combination of bryndza with cilantro. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.

Step 1

1. Hard-boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater; grate the brynza the same way. Wash the herbs and pat them dry with paper towels, then chop finely. Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise; the result is a paste-like mixture.

Step 2

2. I take the thin Armenian lavash out of the package and lay it out on the table.

Step 3

3. I spread the filling evenly over the entire surface, leaving 1–2 centimeters from each edge so the filling doesn’t spill out.

Step 4

4. I tightly roll the lavash into a roll, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 5

5. With a sharp knife, I cut the roll into pieces and place them on a plate. The roll is very soft, so you should not press down on it. Cut carefully and taste as you go.
