Chicken Thigh Roulade
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This roll is very easy to prepare and doesn't require much effort. Yet it makes an excellent substitute for any sausage. You can serve it as an appetizer or as a snack in the form of a sandwich at any time of day. Choose the filling for the roll yourself. It can be cheese, mushrooms, vegetables, olives, or prunes. Similar rolls are made from chicken breast fillet. But chicken thigh meat is much juicier, so the rolls turn out tastier. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
