Crab Stick, Cucumber, and Lavash Roll
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. I really love the combination of crab sticks and fresh cucumber; I also add processed cheese—it holds the filling together and makes it easier to eat. I make these rolls regularly and for no special reason; they're great with tea as well as for lunch or dinner. It's best to put the roll in the refrigerator for a couple of hours; sometimes I even manage to leave them overnight. Can be served warm or chilled.
