Turkey roll with apple
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1) Take turkey fillet, rinse it, dry with a paper towel, wrap in plastic wrap, and pound to achieve a relatively even thickness. Then season the turkey with salt and pepper. 2) Cut apples into slices, removing the cores. Lightly sauté them in butter on a well-heated skillet. Add finely chopped or pressed garlic cloves, mix, cook for just a couple more minutes, then set aside to cool. If desired, add a tiny amount of cinnamon and sugar to the apples during frying. These ingredients, seemingly incompatible with meat, will give the dish a wonderful aroma and unique flavor. 4) Once the apples have cooled slightly, place them onto the pounded meat and carefully roll it up into a roulade. Secure the roulade with kitchen string, or use toothpicks if preferred. 5) Brush the roulade with a small amount of melted butter and place it in the oven for 20–30 minutes (bake at 180°C). This roulade can be served hot or cold, making it perfect not only for family meals but also for festive occasions. Serve hot.
