Turkey roll with raisins
Description
Turkey is a noble meat. It's dietary, delicious, tender, and healthier than chicken. The finished roll can be used as a cold cut. If the roll is allowed to cool thoroughly, it slices beautifully. Anyway, take a look.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the turkey fillet. Carefully cut out the bone with a knife. It comes out easily. Place the meat skin-side down on a cutting board.
- 2
Step 2

Season the meat with salt and pepper on all sides. Add spices. Optionally, you can include garlic pressed through a garlic press, but it should be used only on the inside. If you spread garlic on the skin, it will definitely burn in the oven and result in an unpleasant taste.

Step 3

Chop the onion. Rinse the raisins. Mix the onion with the raisins and place it on the flesh.

Step 4

Roll the meat into a roll. Secure with string. Fold a sheet of foil in half. Place the roll on the foil. Lift the edges of the foil and join them together to form a sort of foil boat. It's not necessary to completely cover the roll with foil. The goal is to prevent the meat juices from leaking out during baking.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the roll for 2 hours. During this time, baste the roll with the accumulated meat juices 2 to 3 times. If the turkey does not produce much meat juice during baking, baste the meat with vegetable oil. One to two tablespoons per basting will be sufficient.
