1. First, thaw the fillet, rinse it, and pound it until it becomes a flat, long piece. Rub spices on all sides.

2. Next, place the pieces of cheese and bacon. You can grate the cheese or cut it into strips, it's not that important.

3. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté the mushrooms. Once the liquid has evaporated, add flour and continue sautéing everything together. Then add the juice of one lemon, soy sauce, and a little water to achieve a slightly thick consistency. Simmer over low heat until the mushrooms are fully cooked.

4. Now place some of the mushrooms on top of the bacon and roll them up. Don't use too many mushrooms, otherwise the roll won't close properly. Set aside the remaining mushrooms for now, brush the rolls with oil, and bake them in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
