For this recipe, it's best to choose thin belly pork. If you want to make a more diet-friendly dish, trim off excess fat from the meat before cooking. Wash and dry the belly pork.

Using a well-sharpened knife, make incisions on the belly side to cut through the fat membrane. Rub with a mixture of peppers, salt, and crushed garlic. Roll into two rolls, as one large roll would take too long to cook through.

Tie the rolls with string and once again rub them thoroughly with pepper on all sides.

Place the rolls into a baking bag. Pierce a small hole in it to allow hot air to escape freely. If you don't have a baking bag, simply wrap the meat in aluminum foil greased with vegetable oil.

Bake the rolls at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven for about two to three hours. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the belly.
