Beef roll with filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I usually bake the meat rolls, but this time I decided to try boiling them: turned out pretty good. To prepare beef rolls with filling, we'll need a good solid piece of beef—otherwise, the roll won't hold together and will fall apart. The chicken here serves more as a filling, so we only need a small amount. I'd like to point out that the combination of carrots and prunes is very tasty; even people who don't usually like either remark on the pleasant flavor of the filling. Check out the recipe. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the beef and pound it. Place it on plastic wrap.
- 2
Step 2

Salt and pepper the meat, then place the thinly pounded chicken breast on top.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the carrot into strips.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the prunes. Place everything on the meat, salt it, and sprinkle evenly with gelatin.
- 5
Step 5

Add chopped herbs and minced garlic.
- 6
Step 6

Wrap tightly with plastic wrap several times.
- 7
Step 7

Put the roll into plastic bags and seal tightly with tape.
- 8
Step 8

Now the roll should be placed in a baking bag. Put it into a pot with cold water and cook over medium heat for about one and a half to two hours.
- 9
Step 9

Once the roll is cooked, let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Only after that remove the bags and film. Serve the ready beef roll with filling, garnished with herbs or accompanied by a sauce.
