Boneless turkey leg roll
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Turkey itself isn't particularly juicy, but thanks to the filling of tomatoes and eggs, the roll won't be dry. The meat will turn out aromatic, tender, and moderately spicy. This turkey roll will fit perfectly into a New Year's or Christmas menu. Try it and celebrate the holidays with flavor. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Remove all bones from the turkey drumsticks. Do this thoroughly, as it's not very pleasant to suddenly come across a hard bone in your dish.
- 2
Step 2

Season the meat pieces with salt and pepper. Add some oil, garlic, and dried basil. Let the drumsticks absorb the spices for a while.
- 3
Step 3

Beat the egg with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Fry the mixture into an omelet and fold it in half.
- 4
Step 4

Place the sun-dried tomatoes in a single layer on the omelet.
- 5
Step 5

First, roll up the omelet, then the pieces of meat. Try to roll 2 separate pieces of turkey into one roll.
- 6
Step 6

Wrap the resulting roll first in foil, then in plastic wrap. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 1–1.5 hours.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the ready-made roll hot with boiled potatoes. It can also be served cold as a snack, sliced into pieces.
