1. First, let's prepare the filling. For this, sauté the pre-cooked rice with minced shallots and cranberries in butter. When the cranberries release their juice and the rice becomes slightly browned, pour in water and reduce the heat. Simmer until the rice is fully cooked, adding spices and herbs to taste. Then let the mixture cool down.

2. Pound the turkey fillet, season with salt and spices. You should get one long piece or several small ones—either way, evenly spread the rice along the center, roll everything into a log, and secure the edges with toothpicks.

3. I ended up with two plump rolls, approximately like this. Place bacon on top of the turkey. Then carefully wrap the dish in foil and put it in the oven.

4. I baked it in the oven at 175 degrees for 40 minutes, then removed the foil and allowed the top layer to brown for another 10 minutes. This is the dish I ended up with.

5. When slightly cooled, slice with a sharp knife and serve!
