Jam-filled yeast dough roll
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. For the filling, you can use any jam you have on hand or prefer. This time I used pear jam, but previously I've made it with cherry, apricot, and raspberry. These rolls can also be made with poppy seeds and raisins. This is a perfect option for a family tea time. I make the yeast dough from scratch, especially since it's very easy and simple. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 7

7. Grease the baking sheet with margarine and place the prepared rolls on it. Let them rise for 1 hour, then put them in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until golden brown (about 40-60 minutes).

8. I slice the ready roll into pieces and serve it at the table; it turns out soft and sweet.
