Lamb Roulade
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. To make the lamb roll, take a good piece of fillet, cut it into flat slices, and pound them well. Prepare two mixtures—tomato paste with spices and sour cream with spices. Spread the meat slices with the mixtures alternately and roll them into a roll. Then wrap the roll in foil and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at 200 degrees. Cool the lamb roll under a press, cut into pieces, and serve. Serve with herbs and sauce.
