Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the egg in advance and let it cool.

Wash the eggplants and slice them into 3–4 mm thick slices.

Place the eggplant slices in a hot skillet with sunflower oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown. To remove excess fat, place the fried slices on a paper towel or napkin.
