Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix the eggs with 1 cup of Mistral brown sugar and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 2
Step 2

Add flour to the egg-sugar mixture and mix. Pour in kefir, mix well, and finally add baking soda.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the resulting liquid kefir dough onto a baking sheet (sprinkle the sheet with semolina to prevent sticking) and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 4
Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Mix sour cream with brown sugar and softened butter, stirring well. Divide the resulting cream into 2 parts.
- 5
Step 5

Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa to 1/3 of the cream.
- 6
Step 6

Remove the cake from the oven, roll it up into a log, and let it cool.
- 7
Step 7

Next, spread 2/3 of the sour cream white cream over it. Roll up the resulting roll in parchment paper and place it in the refrigerator to chill completely.
- 8
Step 8

We spread the chilled roll with chocolate cream on top, using a fork to create grooves that imitate tree bark. Make eyes out of chocolate by melting chocolate and forming ovals on parchment paper, then refrigerate until set. Decorate with mushroom-shaped cookies.
