
Chopped steak made from soy meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Boil the soy meat according to the package instructions, then chop it, mix with vegetables, and shape into patties. We'll bake the patties in the oven. Serve hot.

1. Boil the soy meat in salted boiling water, drain it in a colander and gently squeeze out the excess water.

2. Sauté finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

3. Add the soy meat to the onion and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Finely chop the bell pepper.

5. Blend the soy meat and onion in a blender, then add finely chopped bell pepper, some chopped herbs, baking soda, and spices. Mix everything well and refrigerate for an hour. Then shape the mixture into patties, place them onto a baking dish previously greased with vegetable oil.
