Chicken cutlets with cheese
Description
After I first made minced chicken cutlets with cheese and they were eaten even before the side dish was ready, I realized clearly that I need to make more of them. My kids eat the first few pieces as soon as they've barely cooled down, while the rest I serve properly at the table. I especially love these cutlets with mashed potatoes. It's the taste of childhood.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Thaw the chicken breast if it was frozen.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. It will make the schnitzels tender and juicy. Finely chop the chicken. You can mince it in a blender, but I don't recommend using a meat grinder, since we're making chopped schnitzels after all.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the chicken with the cheese, add egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the mixture thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

Shape the resulting mixture into patties and place them on a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry over low heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- 6
Step 6

Serve the ready schnitzels necessarily hot, as they are the most delicious this way. Enjoy your meal!
