Baked chicken patties
Description
Want to make tasty and juicy chicken patties without frying them? It's very simple, believe me. In this recipe, I'll tell you in detail,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. It's better to slightly freeze the meat first, as it will be easier to chop and cut.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the onion and garlic. I used half of a small onion and half a garlic clove. I recommend scalding the onion with boiling water—it will taste better.
- 3
Step 3

Add to the chopped meat grated cheese, onion, minced garlic, egg, a spoonful of sour cream and breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and basil.
- 4
Step 4

Mix everything and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
- 5
Step 5

Divide the minced meat into 6 portions. I decided to coat half of the patties in breadcrumbs and leave the other half as is.
- 6
Step 6

Line the baking dish with parchment paper and place the formed patties on it.
- 7
Step 7

Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes, then flip them over and brush with sour cream.
- 8
Step 8

And bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- 9
Step 9

And serve with any side dish or vegetables. I liked the breaded cutlets better :)
