Chicken cutlets with cheese fried in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For making minced chicken cutlets with cheese, it's best to use hard cheese, preferably Parmesan. I usually replace mayonnaise with sour cream—it's healthier. Chicken breasts can easily be substituted with chicken fillet; there's practically no difference. To add some zest, I include various spices: coriander, curry, allspice. If you like spicy food, feel free to add chili pepper as well. Serve hot.

Thoroughly mix and shape into patties. Heat a skillet, add a small amount of vegetable or olive oil, and fry the patties on both sides until cooked, about 2 minutes per side.

Done! Let the patties cool slightly, then serve with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or any other side dish. )
