Chopped chicken patties with zucchini
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These cutlets are called "chopped" because the chicken meat isn't minced in a meat grinder, but rather cut with a knife (chopped). Thanks to this method, you can feel pieces of chicken in the finished dish. Zucchini adds juiciness, mayonnaise provides a bit of fat, and garlic gives spiciness and aroma. Overall, it's a tasty and well-balanced dish. Serve hot.
