Chopped cutlets with rice and pepper
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I offer you an excellent option for budget-friendly patties: part of the meat is replaced with rice and pepper, resulting in a hearty and tasty meal. However, I'd like to draw your attention to the choice of rice. Use rice varieties that cook soft and have high stickiness. It will be a bit more difficult to make these patties with fluffy, non-sticky rice. My family enjoyed this lunch—give it a try too. The dish is ready to be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients; you will need one large or two small eggs for the cutlets. I previously cooked the rice in salted water until fully done. I cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 2

Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small cubes, as finely as you can.

Step 3

Mix the warm cooked rice with the meat, dill, and pepper; season with salt and pepper to taste. First, add one egg and check the consistency of the filling. If the filling is too thick, add another egg. Mix well.

Step 4

Place the minced meat into the hot oil using a tablespoon, and fry over low heat until a golden crust forms.

Step 5

The cutlets are ready, serve them hot with sour cream!
