Description

This recipe won't take much time. One of its main advantages is its simplicity—making these cutlet patties is even easier than preparing regular ones. And if you've never cooked veal cutlets at home before, I'd be happy to share my experience and show you how to make them quickly and easily. Although the cooking method is extremely simple, these cutlets always turn out juicy and tender—there's no better option for a hearty dinner. So I'm glad to share my easy recipe for veal cutlets; please give it a try soon. 1) First, remove any membranes and tendons from the veal, then rinse the meat under running water. Dry it thoroughly with paper towels and chop it as finely as possible. You'll need a fairly sharp knife, as the chopped meat should resemble coarse-ground mince. 2) Place the chopped veal into a deep bowl. Add eggs, finely chopped onion, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly. 3) Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some vegetable oil. Shape the mixture into patties, coat each patty lightly in flour, and place them onto the hot skillet. 4) Fry the cutlets until golden brown on each side (about 3–4 minutes per side), then transfer them to a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 4–6 minutes. This will ensure the meat is fully cooked without drying out. That's it—your meal is ready. Serve hot and enjoy your dinner!
