Chopped veal cutlets
Description
The recipe for minced veal cutlets will be especially useful for those home cooks who have a broken or completely lack a meat grinder or food processor. Personally, I really like these cutlets because I enjoy feeling whole pieces of meat in them; to me, this makes the cutlets much tastier and more filling. And since veal is not very fatty meat, when preparing minced veal cutlets at home, I add a bit of pork fat and mayonnaise. Overall, it turns out very delicious, in my opinion, and I hope you'll enjoy this recipe too.
