Chicken minced cutlets
Description
The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. The recipe for minced chicken patties is simple and straightforward, making it easy even for a beginner cook to prepare. 1. For the patties, it's better to use meat from chicken thighs rather than chicken fillet, as it will make them juicier. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. 2. Peel the onion and finely chop it. 3. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press (or grate it on a fine grater). 4. Place the chicken into a deep bowl, then add the onion and garlic. 5. Season well with salt and pepper. Add chicken seasoning. 6. Crack in one egg. 7. Add 1–2 tablespoons of starch (preferably cornstarch). Mix everything thoroughly. 8. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes. 9. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and heat it well. 10. Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture and carefully place it onto the hot pan. Fry the patties on both sides, first covered with a lid, then uncover and continue frying until golden brown. If desired, you can coat the patties in breadcrumbs or flour before frying. Serve the homemade minced chicken patties with any side dish, including stewed or fresh vegetables. The dish is now ready to be served.
