Instructions

Step 1

First, take the ready-made dough out of the freezer and let it thaw. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. To do this, boil water with sugar and lemon juice.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the apples into 4 parts, remove the core with seeds. Then slice the apple quarters into thin slices.
- 3
Step 3

Place the apple slices in the syrup and cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook them; we need them to become soft and easily bendable.
- 4
Step 4

Then, using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the apple slices from the syrup, place them on a plate, and let them cool.
- 5
Step 5

Roll out the puff pastry thinner, then cut it into strips 2 cm wide.
- 6
Step 6

Place apple slices on one strip. You can sprinkle the apples with cinnamon.
- 7
Step 7

Now roll up the strip of dough with apples into a roll. Pinch or tuck the edge of the dough underneath.
