Roses made from yeast-free puff pastry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to share how to make rose-shaped pastries from yeast-free puff pastry at home. The recipe is very simple, so even a beginner cook can handle it! Admit it, seeing the surprised and enchanted eyes of your guests and family is priceless! So I highly recommend making this. If the apples you're using are too firm and tend to fall out of the roll, I recommend keeping them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. They'll become soft and easily take the flower shape. Serve chilled.

Step 1

1. Slice the apples into thin wedges. The thinner, the better. Remove the core and seeds.

Step 2

2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut it lengthwise into thin strips. Then sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon (I previously mixed them together and ground them in a coffee grinder).

Step 3

3. Place the apple slices on top of the sweet topping as shown in the photo. Then begin rolling up the cake.

Step 4

4. Place the rolls horizontally on a baking sheet. If you slightly bend the edges, they will look very much like little roses! Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.

5. Dessert is ready!
