Description

The recipe won't take much time. Hey, men! When was the last time you surprised your girlfriend or wife with a romantic dinner specially prepared for her? Not for any holiday, but simply because you appreciate and love her. You don't always have to wait for a special occasion or anniversary to cook a delicious dinner for your beloved and create a festive atmosphere. I suggest not postponing it and starting the preparations right away. My menu for a romantic dinner includes turkey fillet with cranberry sauce, arugula salad, and kiwi sorbet for dessert. Choose your drink—personally, I recommend making a strawberry "Margarita" cocktail. First, read the recipe, write down the ingredients, and rush to the store to get them. Then carefully read my tips—serve chilled.

Instructions

Wash and dry the turkey fillet, then marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce and honey for 10–15 minutes. While the turkey is marinating, prepare the cranberry sauce. Place cranberries, juice and zest from one whole orange, and honey into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. You can blend the mixture with a blender until smooth. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens. While the sauce is cooking, return to the turkey. Place it into a roasting bag and put it in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 35 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the meat inside without removing it for another 15 minutes. Slice the cooked turkey into pieces and serve topped with the cranberry sauce.

We're making a light and healthy salad. Cut cherry tomatoes in half or into four pieces. Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Tear clean and dried arugula into pieces, or use whole leaves. Lightly toast pine nuts in a skillet to give the salad a delicious aroma. Arrange the greens and tomatoes on a nice serving plate, sprinkle with pine nuts, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt to taste.

Champagne or wine? But that's so simple, don't you think? Let's make a cocktail—delicious, sweet, yet slimming-friendly :). Moisten the rim of a pretty glass with water, then dip it into sugar. Blend fresh strawberries, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and ice in a blender. Carefully pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries.

Dessert – kiwi sorbet. I recommend making this first, as it requires time to freeze. Place peeled kiwis into a blender, add sugar or powdered sugar, and blend. Then add water and lemon juice. Blend again until smooth. Pour the mixture into a deep container and place it in the freezer for one hour. After 60 minutes, remove the sorbet, stir it well, and return it to the freezer for another hour. Repeat this stirring process three more times over the course of 4 hours. After completing all steps, transfer the sorbet into a nice bowl or glass.
